The team you will be a part of The Operations/Production team plans, directs and monitors all production activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize the use of the organization's resources and meet established production specifications, schedules and quality standards. Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities.This role in summary

The Incoming Inspection area within the Supplier Quality & Development structure is responsible for ensuring the quality of all components purchased from external suppliers, both domestic (Brazil) and international. This is achieved through process audits, continuous improvement initiatives focused on supplier processes, inspection of parts and materials, support to assembly lines, and collaboration with the manufacturing quality team. The role also involves leading the resolution of supplier-related issues, conducting root cause investigations, and managing all improvement plans, in compliance with the requirements and standards of our management system. 
Some of the main challenges of this position are leading the incoming inspection team and implementing continuous improvement projects within the department.
