Job Description:
The Supply Reporting and Governance Manager is the key reporting, accounting and internal controls lead within a Group of 2-4 factories - in support of each factory, the Supply finance BPs, and Plant Managers. This role aims to ensure proper accounting and control processes are in place throughout the group of factories to support complete, accurate, timely and high-quality financial statements, enabling financial insights. The Supply Reporting and Governance Manager supports the Supply Reporting and Governance Senior Manager and PNE Financial Controller Director to drive global programs and Segment-specific programs and is accountable for the accuracy and completeness of reported results (Quality of Accounts). The role closely collaborates with the Market Reporting and Governance Managers, ensuring alignment of the processes across mkt/fct company codes and units. The role also closely cooperates with the Governance Manager, ensuring standardized implementation of the controls and procedures. It also maintains a close relationship with MGSF and business units in service of both Quality of Accounts and save controls environment.

University degree or equivalent preferably in Accounting (Required)CPA/CIMA/ACCA or other professional certification (Preferred)5+ years of accounting experience (Required)SAP Experience or Equivalent ERP system (Preferred)Experience with financial statement reporting obligations, including an understanding of US GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controlsProficiency in English (Required)2. Ensure proper accounting, health of balance sheet and P&L in close collaboration with MGSF for the Factories within the Group. Collaborate closely with Reporting Manager for BS reviews.Own relationship with MGS Finance / Financial Operations Team. Collaborate to ensure adherence to accounting standards and accuracy of accounting information for the Factories within the GroupUse expertise to interpret accounting practices, assess impact, enforce compliance of Finance ManualReview and approve periodic, quarterly and annual financial accounts for all units within the Group2. Financial Reporting:
Ensure timely delivery of accurate and complete financial information for the Fcts within the GroupAttend or co-lead monthly closing meetings to review period results.Conduct structured analysis/reconciliation of financial statements/management reportsDrive relevant actions resulting from period-end reporting and analytics with various stakeholders3. Governance & Control:
Establish and maintain policies for consistent use across factory units within the GroupOversee implementation of controls framework, controls testing plan and execution, co-lead governance & control agenda with Supply BPs and Plant ManagersMonitor G&C KPIs and work with PNE G&C Manager to drive continuous improvements and implementation of the broader PNE Governance agenda into the factory units within the Group4. General:
