Supply Supervisor

**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Supply Supervisor** to join our vehicle sustainment team in **Powidz, Poland.** The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Overseeing the efforts of less senior logistics staff and providing guidance to senior logistician staff.
+ Managing the requisition, receipt, storage, retrograde, and distribution of supplies and equipment.
+ Instructing, managing and supervising personnel concerning supply systems policy and functional procedures.
+ Supervising the release strategy and recoverable program.
+ Planning, directing or coordinating the operations of public or private sector organizations.
+ Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
+ Performing other related duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
+ 8+ years of qualified logistics experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (OR) 12+ years of qualified logistics experience and an associate degree in a related field (OR) 14+ years of qualified logistics experience.
+ Must have an Active or Reserve 920B Supply Systems Technician or 92A / 92Z.
+ Must be familiar with ITAR shipping requirements.
+ Must be familiar with AES filings through the US State Department.
+ Must have familiarity with HAZMAT/Dangerous Goods Shipping regulations i.e. CFR 49, and IATA.
+ Experience in Release Strategy (Workflow).
+ Experience in recording, maintaining and initiating work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
+ Experience in packing, shipping, receiving, transportation of parts, items and equipment; warehouse and containerized storage management.
+ Experience in operating material and handling equipment.
+ Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed.
+ Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
+ Must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed.
+ Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Familiar with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
+ Knowledge of Federal shipping and logistic regulations.
+ Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must have an active Secret clearance.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel
+ Must be able to push, pull, and reach
+ Must be able to work in high noise areas
+ Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts
+ Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
