The role: + Build a strong and responsive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders. + Data entry and upkeep of relevant Raytheon Australia and Commonwealth Inventory Management Systems. + Sourcing and preparation of quotes and requisitions for identified calibrations and repairs. + Monitoring of maintenance activities to ensure on time delivery of services. + Assist in achievement of key performance indicator and logistics governance metrics. + Export / Import (EXIM) compliance. The person: + Minimum Certificate III in Supply/Logistics or Procurement related training. + At least 2 years repair management experience in a Defence sustainment/support program + Operation of MILIS is highly desirable. + Experience using SAP is highly desirable. + Certificate III or IV in a related field of Sustainment Life Cycle Management would be highly desirable. + Knowledge of EXIM, EHS and Quality policies, along with knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes. + Applicants must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance Don’t miss the opportunity to build your career in a world class team and help build the defence systems that keep Australia safe.
