Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Supply System Support Division of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will research, evaluate, and provide support to correct problems and analyze patterns in customer support requirements for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). You will provide user management/role management and training support for ERP. You will provide IT/Business analysis support on a functional team. You will communicate information in support of assigned tasks, recommendations, and milestones. You will coordinate with business analysts and technical teams in the implementation, use, and sustainment of data analytics within Navy ERP and external software. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate: 1) Analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, or techniques of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; 2) Applying system analysis concepts and techniques to evaluate deficiencies and provide recommendations for resolution/enhancements; 3) Utilizing business management policies, concepts and practices to develop recommendations for improvements to an ERP system; 4) Analyzing and summarizing significant data issues/trends and communicating that information to upper management; 5) Developing and providing training to the end users on processes; and 6) Collaborating with functional experts to resolve end user and customer service issues and problems. Specialized experience must demonstrate: 1) Analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, or techniques of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; 2) Evaluating system deficiencies and providing recommendations for resolution/ enhancements; 3) Utilizing business management policies, concepts, and practices to develop recommendations for improvements to an ERP system; 4) Analyzing and summarizing significant data issues/trends; and 5) Collaborating with functional experts to resolve end user and customer service issues and problems.
