Summary You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Digital Transformation Division of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA. Responsibilities You will provide guidance and expert advice for the Navy Supply Chain functions and processes for end-to-end integration to ensure continuing operations with emerging Systems Applicants and Products in Data Processing (SAP). You will exercise oversight over processes and operations for the entire supply chain, maintaining relationships and providing functional expertise between process managers overseeing system execution. You will facilitate the establishment of priorities and goals for the assigned functions or business process to ensure maximum performance. You will be responsible for development and implementation of Navy logistics and supply chain management solutions to fit within the logistics information Technology (LOG IT) Roadmap. You will support the division through facilitation of research and providing expert function knowledge in the Navy Supply Chain and ERP functional Integration. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications I have one year of Supply Systems Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating all of the following specialized experience: 1) Demonstrating a mastery knowledge of Department of Navy and NAVSUP Strategic Plan, goals, and objectives with a detailed understanding of the missions and operations of Navy shore and afloat activities, the Naval logistics mission, and supply change management procedures; 2) Utilizing an expert knowledge of all aspects of the Naval Supply Chain and the supporting Navy ERP including understanding of supply planning, procurement processes, and operational logistics; 3) Effectively using all forms of verbal and written communication to clearly convey complex or abstract proposals and recommendations; 4) Demonstrating expert knowledge of Navy and DoD supply and logistics management interactions, including operations, policies, and effectiveness of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
