Tessera is seeking a Supply Technician to support USAFA Civil Engineering operations through procurement, inventory control, and asset accountability—ensuring materials and equipment are accurately tracked, stored, and distributed in line with Air Force standards.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Support logistics, purchasing, property management, and warehousing operations under the Base Maintenance Contract (BMC)Coordinate purchasing activities for planned projects, urgent repairs, and operational sustainment across Civil Engineering functionsCollaborate with internal teams to forecast material needs and support long-term project planning and executionResolve discrepancies in pricing and terms to ensure smooth order processingConduct supplier selection and bidding processes, validating contract pricingManage Tessera and government property using Maximo and Workday systemsCoordinate property adjustments and ensure accuracy of all transactionsProvide technical support for requisition, storage, and disposal of supplies and equipmentMaintain maintenance records for all assets and support DCMA PCARS and E-Tools reportingScan and archive property documents; post monthly and annual inventory resultsGenerate workload data reports and support compliance with inventory requirementsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or property management preferredFamiliarity with Maximo, Workday, and DoD systems strongly preferredCommercial vehicle and OSHA Forklift Operator Certification or equivalentAbility to interpret and process military forms and documentationStrong organizational and communication skillsPhysical Requirements:
