RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely handles all supplies  Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Assists in planning, ordering, and ensuring availability of supplies Maintains and/or assists in maintaining supply inventory and records. Performs damage-in-transit, periodic, receipt, and visual examination of supplies received to determine true condition. Perform daily inventory management duties consisting of cycle counts, maintain database records and systems. Responsible for impromptu inspections of inventory records by Federal Agency. Other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS

3 years related experience Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent required English professional fluency, preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English, preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
