Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the NAVY OPERATIONAL SUPPLY CENTER, BUFFALO, SUPPLY DEPATMENT (N4), BUFFALO, NY, 14201, of NRC BUFFALO. Responsibilities You will maintain publications, directives, recurring reports tickler files, correspondence, and filing systems related to supply department functions and procurement filing systems. You will coordinate with command departments to create annual budget submissions, mid-year review, data calls, ensures Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation compliancy and maintains memorandum accounting records and files. You will Review and maintain all Inter-Service Support Agreements (ISSA) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU). You will prepare, review, submit, and execute procurement actions chargeable and non-chargeable for supplies, equipment, and services using authorized procurement methods. You will prepare, submit and maintain files on all survey actions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience coordinating, ordering, receiving, and issuing Navy Uniform Allowance items by utilizing supply systems. Experience maintaining Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) program and Operating Target (OPTAR) accounting systems or equivalent systems. Experience utilizing Outlook, Excel and Word.
