Who You AreYou’re a detail-oriented and reliable Supply Technician with a strong background in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations. With expertise in tracking and distributing materials, equipment, and supplies, you excel at ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to support critical operations. Your ability to organize, maintain records, and troubleshoot supply chain issues ensures efficiency and seamless workflow. At KBR, you bring a combination of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in supply management. Known for your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, track inventory, and maintain accurate records, you play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day functions. What You'll DoIn the role of Supply Technician, your duties will include: + Manage inventory and stock control for materials and supplies. + Process purchasing transactions and maintain financial records. + Coordinate logistics and distribution of supplies. + Ensure compliance with supply chain management procedures and regulations. + Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards. + Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates. + Other duties as required. Requirements: + Must be a US or Australian Citizen + Must Possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance. + 3+ years of experience in inventory management or supply roles. + Strong organizational and logistical skills. + Knowledge of supply chain processes and related software. + Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards. + Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements. + Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure. This role will be located in Alice Springs.
