Support Administrator
Our client, a world-renowned cleanroom product manufacturer is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a maintenance program at a high-tech production site. This is a dynamic role where you will have client visibility and serve a liaison between cross functional teams while providing administrative support in the form of data analysis and report preparation. **Location:** Chandler, AZ **Pay Rate:** $20.00 - $22.00 **What’s the Job?** + Manage production projects and liaise between clients, management, and employees + Coordinate and schedule new and routine installations, maintenance, and material replenishment + Manage Inventory Management System through data entry, editing, and updating records + Compile and manage the correspondence of various technical reports as requested **What’s Needed?** + Problem solving aptitude with excellent attention to detail + Tech savvy individual with previous experience using SAP (or similar ERP systems) + Ability to multitask, Prioritize and manage time efficiently. + Previous experience using all MS Suites, proficiency using Microsoft Excel is necessary **What’s in it for me:** + 1 st shift, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm + This is a direct hire opportunity, not temporary or temp-hire + Benefits eligible – medical, dental, vision If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
