Provides insight in project meetings. Prepares status reports related to project budget, timeline, activities, risk, and project issues as appropriate. + Participates, and occasionally leads, process improvement projects by performing research and providing input/insight into existing business processes to increase productivity, enhance quality, and allow business continuity. + Collaborates on communications, prepares reports, and assists with creating presentations for leadership and staff. + As requested, drafts content to promote the work of the business line to different audiences. Output may range from newsletters, social media posts, internal/external website content, to other communication mediums. + Documents, organizes, and maintains an accurate and up to date filing system of physical and electronic materials and Bank records. + Balances and reconciles board expense reports, invoices, vendor payments, payroll hour calculations, etc. + Oversees or coordinates meeting and event arrangements, including OCS staff and director travel. Advises on activity schedules for meeting and luncheons in conference rooms, including logistics and communication needs.
