Summary:

Performs analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned information systems.

Responsibilities:

Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed systems.Assists with the planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems.Provides training, support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents user interface issues and may recommend steps to prevent recurrences.Generates reports as requested, including writing preliminary specifications for system modifications.
