For our client, a provider of smart home solutions, we are currently looking for a:
SUPPORT AND PROJECT ENGINEER (M/F/D)
Your main responsibilities:

Programming of projects, including coordination and validation of technical specifications with the customer, project programming, and documentation. The goal is to deliver a programmed and functional solution according to customer requirements. Commissioning of sample rooms together with the operations team to present a fully functional solution to the customer. Providing support, maintenance, and handling technical inquiries throughout the entire lifecycle of the project/product to resolve technical issues and ensure excellent customer service. Actively reporting identified needs to the project department to continuously improve products, solutions, and programming systems. Managing integrations with local software in collaboration with the HQ team to foster partnerships with other industry players. Ensuring up-to-date work processes to facilitate onboarding for new team members. Providing technical consultation to the sales team regarding programming capabilities to ensure that proposed solutions can actually be implemented. Conducting beta tests for products/solutions to be integrated into new versions, ensuring that developed solutions meet customer requirements.

Your profile:

Completed studies (Bachelor + Master) in Engineering (Industrial or similar) or an equivalent qualification in a technical field. Alternatively: Completed training as an electronics technician and ideally further education as a certified technician (Bachelor Professional), master craftsman, or a comparable qualification. Strong knowledge of KNX. Experience with DALI and network configuration. Basic knowledge of Linux. Fluent – level Japanese and fluent English.
