JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates the ordering, receiving, and storing of supplies, equipment, and materials. Manages the maintenance and repair process of equipment. Responsible for the maintenance of the Medical Mobile Van (MMV) and panel van, including interior and exterior cleaning, and coordination of routine maintenance and repairs. Drives the MMV to and from events. Coordinates delivery of equipment and supplies to all Community Outreach and Health Improvement events and activities. Provides assistance to Community Outreach and Health Improvement Team with event set-up, breakdown, event registration, and participant flow.

Education & Training: High School diploma or equivalent is desired but not required. Must have a current Maryland Driver’s License in good standing with no current driving violations in the past three (3) years
Work Orientation & Experience: Previous large vehicle (truck, ambulance, or RV) driving experience required. Light maintenance experience including minimal electrical support, routine vehicle maintenance, and minimal carpentry skills required
Skills & Abilities: Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats. Strong customer service, organized, multi-tasking and manages time effectively. Works independently to complete necessary tasks. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to input and retrieve data from computer, and utilizes basic computer technology.
