Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Support Center Rep for one of our largest clients in North Canton, OH. As a Support Center Rep, you will be the main point of contact between a customer and the IT department. You will be responsible for answering customers questions via help desk tickets or phone calls, helping customers set up their computer systems and diagnosing customers computer issues, application issues, or even connectivity issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT and are proficient in troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of coding is highly desired.
