Support Consultant (SAP B1), Birmingham, Hybrid, £35-45K



My client is a SAP Gold Partner providing SAP Business One solutions to over 100+ customers globally.



They have asked Washington Frank to help them recruit for a SAP B1 Support Consultant to advise clients of features and functionalities. You will also be responsible for providing solutions resolving technical and functional issues.



About You

* SAP Business One experience is essential
* Knowledge/ experience with is a nice to have
* Strong support experience
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
* Experience with SQL
* Reporting experience (ideally Crystal Reports)
* You need to have good communication skills dealing with customers either over the phone and/or occasionally in person
