Support Desk Specialist
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Support Desk Specialist in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Charlotte, NC. The role is to support an internally developed application and address the alerts that are generated from the application by either troubleshooting or escalating to the appropriate team. Key Tasks: * Support Desk Specialist will provide first level support for all end-users via telephone, email or chat * Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and voice/data communication systems issues * Escalates calls when appropriate * Writes concise, informative service tickets * Follows up on all tickets in a timely manner and pursues issues through to resolution
