Support Enablement Specialist
The Team You'll Work With

You’ll be joining our GTM Enablement Team.  Their primary responsibilities revolve around equipping the Sales and Delivery teams with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of the company's offerings to potential and current customers as well as  support them throughout their customer lifecycle.

You’ll own key training & enablement initiatives that directly support our overall Company priority of delivering the best possible client experience. You’ll work closely with our Support Enablement Manager to ensure Support team members ramp into their new roles efficiently, setting them up for long term success at Carta.

As a Support Enablement Specialist, you’ll work to acclimate and train all new Support hires to effectively carry out their day to day tasks.  You’ll empower them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to address customer issues and questions  in a timely, effective and thoughtful manner so they can excel in their respective roles.

Coordinate and deliver  Support team New Hire Onboarding (NHO) training sessions, workshops, and labs Work in tandem with Support  Managers to help new hires acclimate to Carta and the Support team, communicating their progress to their respective manager Assist new hires in setting up all systems they will use to complete their assigned tasks Serve as the point of contact for process and systems questions  Ensure NHO content is accurate, up-to-date,  aligned with the company's branding and messaging guidelines, and impacting targeted outcomes Work collaboratively with Support Enablement Manager to assist with  tier movement training About You Learning-focused: You’ll be working to simplify concepts and  processes in order to communicate them clearly and effectively Organized:  You’ll be coordinating and facilitating both new hire and tier movement enablement to team members in both Sandy and Rio locations Professional autonomy:  You’ll be navigating competing priorities and work independently to complete projects Creativity:  You’ll be responsible for bringing concepts to life in engaging and interesting ways for viewers of your content
