What You'll Do

We are looking for a Support Engineer to support our business in Georgia!


As a Support Engineer, you will be primarily supporting our District to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically and safely

Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required, maintain inventory record.Help Sales Account Managers with the design and implementation of treatment programs and communicates with sales management of activity within the accountAssists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and work with key account manager to put together a plan for corrective action; ensures the sales account manager is kept informed out outcomes and follow up.Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required.Assist with data analysis on program performance.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related fieldMust live within 45 minutes of Macon, GA or be willing to relocate.2-5 years of experience in boiler water treatment or similar industriesAbility to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.Customer focused. Good communication skills both written and oral.
