Description

This role involves a deep understanding and Sound knowledge in Oracle Digital Banking, Oracle Banking API Skills (OBDX / OBAPI Skills) or FLEXCUBE Universal Banking. Should be an experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.

ResponsibilitiesWork closely with end users daily to understand their needs, resolve incidents, support business change, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.Design and Develop Digital Banking Solution using Oracle Banking Digital ExperienceLead technical design, development and delivery of Enhancements and Change requests.Building Customizations on Oracle Banking Digital Experience using ExtensibilityProvide functional expertise of the application.Understand requirements from business analysts and users.Participate in training activities for training and upskilling of the team member.Thoroughly document change requests, test results, and approvalsBe a pro-active contributor in the delivery team organization which is running 24x7x365 and will require the ability to work flexible hours outside of standard business hours.Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experience.Day - Day coaching and mentoring of junior team members.RequirementsGood Communication, Presentation and Customer Facing skills.Excellent troubleshooting skills in Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) in a support environmentAbility to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.Hands-on technical experience in Java Technology Stack (Core Java, Spring frameworks, Microservices architecture)Knowledge about UI/UX, Knockout.jsExperience working with High Availability environments involving Weblogic Application Server, Oracle DatabaseHands-on experience in working with XML, XSLT, SOAP, RESTful Web Services, JSONHave Core Java, Microservices/Spring Boot or PL/SQL and strong database skillsShould be aware of the developments happening in the BFSI space and specifically in Digital Banking

Education/ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience6+ years of experience in BFSI domain with a special focus on Oracle Banking Platform, ODBX and/or Flexcube
