Support Engineer
Job Description A large client in Northwest Arkansas is looking for a Support Engineer to join the Digital Media team. This person will spend roughly 90% of their time the first couple months supporting tickets and then scripting will start to play in. The daily activities will be logging into the ticketing system, taking assigned tickets and completing them, working with team and mentors to achieve a common goal, meetings with team and store associates throughout the week. The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly, take initiative on work, and create solutions and tools using scripting to solve complex issues.
