Job Purpose and Impact

The Application Support Analyst I, will maintain, integrate and implement software applications within the organization. In this role, you will help perform basic software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.

Key Accountabilities Help develop and recommend improvements to basic and less complex application support processes and procedures. Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests. Help perform programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases. Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to basic application support requests and needs. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
