Now we’re looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in Bogota, Colombia and chase the answers, seek the code and chase the dream with us.

Essence of the role:

The Support Engineer will be part of the Sinch Support team, which is a worldwide leader in delivery of Messaging solutions. This role reports to Manager Support Americas & Europe at Sinch. The workplace will be in Colombia working remotely but it might need to travel occasionally depending on needs.

The Support Engineer role includes technical assistance, troubleshooting, writing incident reports and handling customer communication around the support cases. 

This role includes that you take part on a rotating on-call schedule for our 24/7 emergency support. Normal working hours are weekdays, but you might be required to work some weekends on rotating weekend shifts if customer requirements demand so.
