Support Engineer II
Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Support Engineer II to join their team. This position involves regular communication with stakeholders and cross-team coordination and requires the ability to be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, possesses analytical abilities and has strong communication and reporting skills. **Job Title:** Support Engineer II **Location:** Onsite- Seattle, WA **Pay Range:** $30/hr - $35/hr **Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Develop schedules for operations in support of the program + Drive operational/scheduling goals + Review and process schedule change requests from stakeholders or operations teams + Problem solve and anticipate problems before they occur + Maintaining a high bar for customer satisfaction and engagement **Required** : + Proficient in excel (a lot of work w excel formulas) + Comfortable speaking w 3 rd part vendors + 3+ years of relevant experience working in and admin role managing schedules or other customer facing roles + Proven track record of delivering results + Demonstrated experience managing routine scheduling across multiple communication channels including phone, email and chat.
