Support Engineer Professional
Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesThe Support Engineer Professional will be responsible for providing technical support for software applications used in production processes. This involves troubleshooting and resolving issues, assisting with software testing, providing pre-sales support, and helping to implement and configure systems for customer projects. The role also includes training customers and market organizations, documenting technical issues and solutions, and collaborating with Product Managers and R&D teams.
