How will you make an impact in this role?

The incumbent will handle queries received via calls, chat and emails from colleagues and Vendors for JAPA/EMEA/LAC and US region.

The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the below mentioned activities:

Liaise with different teams within P2P Ops and provide support on their queries related to Purchase Requisitions Purchase Order Vendor onboarding CAFAE Invoices Colleague Reimbursements Maintain close contact with power users / business partners, Technology, and other interface groups to resolve the query on priority Adherence to schedule (attendance, start/finish time, breaks) Understand, determine, and anticipate needs of colleagues and Vendors and present solutions as appropriate. Escalate unresolved issues to team leader immediately so that there is no impact on Actively uphold the blue box values by not engaging in behaviors that do not support our corporate objectives to improve all areas of the service profit chain. Maintain a positive and effective work environment. Take ownership of the Email/Chat/Call issue and resolve to colleague expectations within the agreed SLA timelines with a strong hold on the sentiment Actively uphold the blue box values. Ensure compliance with American Express policies and procedures

Qualification:

Candidate must be a graduate / post-graduate with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in procurement function. Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and probing skills. Good command over English language Strong knowledge of PC based software including MSOffice and Outlook. Working knowledge of Procurement tools like Ariba, Oracle, Concur, etc. and Service Now would be an added advantage. Experience of handling in bound calls and chat in an international process Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment Knowledge of metrics such as CSAT, NPS and AHT Ability to work within a busy and demanding team environment. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Commitment to the highest level of customer service. Demonstrated ability towards troubleshooting and query resolution. Must be detail oriented with good problem-solving skills. The incumbent would always be required to consistently understand and exceed customer’s requirements whilst ensuring effective team- work The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have high willingness to learn.
