Job Description Qualifications:

BGS in Fort Greely, AK is looking for a Support Integration Specialist who will plan site activities and support the GMD Field Execution Manager leadership team and Site Lead to ensure maximum support to the customers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists with establishing support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans.Collects data to assist with estimates in support of proposal activities.Assists with process development to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.Assists with presentations, status reviews, and monitoring execution.Support VIP visits and all facets of company planning to maximizeSupport for primary visitors and staff personnel.Consolidate reports.Assist in the development of plans and schedules and execution of integrated support system products and functions.Assist in the onboarding of new personnel and the offboarding of departing personnel.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordMinimum of 3 years' experience with tracking, reporting, gathering and analyzing data to produce a clear and concise messageMinimum of 1 year experience in a role that required articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audience including senior management

Typical Education/Experience

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
