The opportunity

We’re offering a rare leadership opportunity to join our Distribution team as a Support Lead, Distribution. This internal-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives on data insights, operational efficiency and strategic insight. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in shaping how we support our top customers and broker partners.

This is a leadership team position that will report directly to the General Manager, Distribution. You will engage with Group and AUSPAC Distribution colleagues, and contribute to executive-level decision-making, helping to drive performance and strategic alignment across the business.

Your new role

As the Support Lead, Distribution you will be the go-to person for turning complex data into clear insights that inform executive decisions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and support the General Manager and Personal Assistant on key initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing executive-ready insights and reporting packs for board and leadership meetings.Analysing broker and customer data to support strategic decisions and improve performance.Ensuring governance and risk committee requirements are met and maintained.Collaborating across teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.Supporting internal audit coordination and performance governance frameworks

About you

You are a collaborative and proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and responds well to direction when needed. You bring:

Strong experience in business management, operations, or a similar strategic role—insurance industry experience is essential.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at senior and executive levels and across diverse teams.A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in Salesforce and PowerBI preferred.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for turning insights into action.A strong understanding of the Australian broker market and how different broking networks fit together.
