As a Redfin Sales Support Manager, you'll build and manage an exceptional real estate customer service and sales team whose goal is to inspire customers to work with a local agent to buy or sell a home. Sales Advisors are often the first interaction a customer has with Redfin and play a critical role in helping Redfin win. Reporting to the Senior Sales Center Manager, you'll grow and develop your team, drive team performance, and act as an escalation point for issues. In addition, you'll build or maintain your expertise with Redfin tools, products, and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Manage 1–2 teams of Sales Advisors, our inside sales professionals who connect potential customers with Redfin real estate agents
Provide real estate guidance, customer service and sales coaching, and business expertise as needed
Onboard and train new team members on local business market characteristics and determine when new hires are ready to begin their workload
Shadow team members on the job to ensure best practices are being used and provide real-time troubleshooting for customer-related issues
Manage your team’s performance by using data and metrics to spot trends, weaknesses, and strengths among your team
Combine data/metrics with what you learn shadowing your team to identify and address issues
Reinforce and hold your teams accountable to Redfin's current service offering
Conduct feedback sessions, check-in processes, performance improvement plans, and reviews with guidance from HR and your manager

Experience in leading and developing a team preferred
Knowledge of real estate transactions preferred
Ability to build relationships with all levels of management, associates, industry peers, direct reports, and clients
Familiarity with using metrics and data to assess performance
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time appropriately
Willingness to jump in and learn new technology and systems; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive compensation package including a base salary, bonuses, stock and 401(k)
Travel required:
Up to 10%; additional travel may be required

Base Pay Range: $75,000.00 - 112,100.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
