Qualifications

Education/Experience

Vocational / Technical Degree or Apprenticeship and 4 subsequent years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma and 6 years’ relevant experience (Required).2 year / Associate's Degree (Preferred)

Skills

Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, critical thinking and good problem solving skills

Physical Requirements and Physical Demands

Adequate hearing to perform job duties in person and over the telephone. Hears alarms/telephone/tape recorder/normal speaking voice.Must be able to accurately document pertinent information either by writing or typing.*Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.*Must be able to distinguish colors.*Must be able to perform repetitive tasks/motion.Additional Information
