The Technician Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for : + Read and understand and follow established work instructions and procedures with emphasis on quality. + Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards. + Train to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).  Follow engineering drawings, work order information, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process while maintaining FDA requirements. + Able to execute complex assembly tasks and module level testing following standard operating procedures with minimal supervision. This position is part of the Hardware Assembly Department located in B316, Chaska, MN and will be full time, 4 days a week, 10 hours per day . In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Execute  assembly tasks following standard operating procedures with supervision . + Learn and participate in the company's lean manufacturing principles. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. The essential requirements of the job include: + High school degree (or equivalent degree) + Must have 2 or more years' relevant experience in a manufacturing assembly environment. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Experience in a regulated industry preferred ( e.g. FDS, ISO). Physical Demands: + While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand for prolonged period of time . + The associate is frequently required to talk and hear; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms above shoulder height and below the waist. + Using proper lifting techniques to lift up to 30 lbs. + Associate must have good hand dexterity.
