The Support Optimization Data Engineering team is looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate for the role of a Data Engineer. This role will involve working with various teams to analyze data and processes to provide opportunities and insights that improve the operations of our global contact center teams.DescriptionDescriptionData Engineers acquire and handle AppleCare data, collaborating with Product Owners and Project Managers to develop data-driven strategies from contact center data. They partner with organizations to develop data requirements for technologies and applications, improving data development using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensuring timely and effective creation of high-quality data, they effectively communicate data requirements to senior leadership, product owners, and business customers. Adhering to industry standards, they ensure the accuracy and quality of AppleCare data provided to tools, systems, and analysts. Conducting validation testing, they validate the data development process.
