Description We are in search of a Support Project Manager/Lead to join our team in the Credit Agencies - Business industry based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with managing IT projects, utilizing your knowledge of cloud technologies and contract management. You will also be expected to ensure best practices are implemented and followed, and perform audits as part of the change management process. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Lead IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget • Leverage knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Azure in the execution of duties • Utilize Content Management System (CMS) to organise and manage project related content • Oversee contract management procedures and ensure they are adhered to • Implement and maintain best practices throughout project life cycles • Perform audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of project execution • Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions during project changes • Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows • Employ coding knowledge for troubleshooting and problem-solving during project execution • Use Microsoft tools for project management and communication.
