Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Support Project Manager/Lead in HERSHEY, Pennsylvania. The role involves managing network segmentation projects and Avaya phone deployment projects, primarily within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: • Managing and overseeing large scale device migrations with a focus on network segmentation • Creating and modifying network diagrams in line with cybersecurity requirements • Involvement with telecommunication systems and VoIP technology • Integrating new phone systems with existing clinical workflows and systems • Adhering to guidelines for project status reporting, including alignment with overall program reporting requirements • Designing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Identifying potential risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies • Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, IT staff, and vendors • Leading a diverse team towards achieving project goals, while being flexible and responsive to changes in scope or unexpected challenges • Enhancing patient care through project outcomes and avoiding disruption to healthcare services. Requirements • Proficiency in DHCP, with the ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot network systems • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in IoT, including a strong understanding of smart devices and their integration into larger systems • Expertise in Avaya systems, including both hardware and software components • Strong background in VoIP, with the ability to setup, maintain, and troubleshoot these systems • PMP Certification is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in project management principles and practices.
