This position is responsible for providing event information and a safe, fun and pleasant experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
Greets, guides and assists guests that are attending various events throughout the propertyResponsible for the load-in and distribution of event products and giveaway items in non-gaming locationsSecondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Addresses guests issues or complaints or refers them to a Supervisor or above, as neededAssists with maintaining a safe and secure guest experience according to department policies and proceduresMinimum Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentMust be able to effectively communicate in EnglishPrevious customer service experience or experience dealing with the publicCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Good communication skillsGood organizational and multi-tasking skillsFriendly, positive and outgoing personalityTraining Requirements:
Knowledge of department policies and proceduresKnowledge of the emergency evacuation planPhysical Demands and Work Environment:
