Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a Support Services Manager to join our team!
This is a full time, benefits eligible position.
The expected compensation for this position is $61,000.00-$85,000.00 USD annually. Please note, this is a good faith estimate, and years of experience, education and internal equity are taken into account.
The Support Services Manager oversees the Patient Transport, Greeters, Service Response Center, and Switchboard departments ensuring systems and standards equity for all automated systems.
Education and Experience:
College Degree, or equivalent experience preferred

Essential Duties:
+ Interview, hire, and evaluate all team members
+ Prepare team schedules and redirect staff as necessary.
+ Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained in all service areas
+ Ensure the complete and proper training of all new team members.
+ Maintain employee timekeeping, attendance, and performance records.
+ Prepares and monitors budget, addressing variances in a timely manner
+ Ensures quality service and patient service standards while analyzing and creating new ways to improve existing processes in place
+ Develops performance reports highlighting areas for improvement in each department and ways to better support the organization and patients
+ Ability to adhere to and follow/exercise guidelines pertaining to HIPAA laws and the proper handling and maintaining of an environment where protected health information (PHI) is safeguarded.
+ Complies with all Central Maine Healthcare safety and risk management policies and procedures.
+ Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
+ Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
+ Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.
+ May maintain inventory, stock, and requisitions as well as complete assigned tasks from
+ management every day.
+ May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
+ Work collaboratively with Human Resources and the System Director of Hospital Support Services to address concerns with employees as situations arise and when counseling or discipline is warranted.
