Support Specialist – Banking
ResponsibilitiesEnsure accuracy and efficiency in daily operational processes to maintain consistent outcomes.Monitor and meet service performance benchmarks and quality standards.Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements to support smooth operations.Participate in team meetings to review goals, progress, and challenges.Identify and mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.Maintain confidentiality by securing sensitive information and following ethical guidelines.Take on additional tasks as needed to support team and business objectives.Provide exceptional support to internal teams and business partners.Qualifications
Education & Knowledge:
High school diploma required.Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or a related field is an asset.Experience:
At least one year of relevant experience in an administrative, operational, or support role.Familiarity with structured workflows, compliance standards, and deadline-driven environments.Skills & Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with stakeholders.Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance.Proficiency in technology and digital tools to support remote or distributed teams.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate complex issues when necessary.Proactive, self-motivated team player with adaptability in fast-paced environments.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
