Essential Functions:

Provide administrative support as required to the operations team, the finance department, and the HR Department.Administers PPE tracking and dissemination ensuring all employees have access to safety eyewear and footwearPerforms general clerical functions, including but not limited to, clerical accounting tasks, scheduling of training or events, proofing and editing documents/policies, maintaining databases, and employee reimbursements.Provide administrative support in Intelex, managing tasks, assisting with moving hazards through the process.Provide alternate support to logistics team in closing orders as needed.Manage employee badges as required to new hires.Manage digital records through sharepoint for permits and annual testing.Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): 6-12 bullets

High School diploma and 2-3+ years of work/educational experience OR an Associate’s DegreeStrong organization, verbal and written communication skillsTeam player attitudeAbility to prioritize, manage, and meet multiple deadlinesFlexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with others at all levelsAbility to handle work of a confidential nature with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Highly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications:

One or more years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferredProficient in the use of a variety of business softwareFirm understanding of processes across the facility to best provide support.
