MAU is hiring an Administrative Support Specialist for our client in Greer, SC. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will coordinate administrative tasks, prepare records, and organize management workshops. Additional duties include maintaining the department webpage and scheduling various activities such as meetings and video conferences. This is a contract, long-term assignment.

Shift Information Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required Associate’s degree preferred 3–5 years of experience in administrative procedures Experience in purchasing, with indirect or similar experience considered Manufacturing background preferred General Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall computer skills Experience with SAP software German language skills (reading, speaking, and writing) highly preferred Essential Functions Manage calendar schedules, oversee office-related tasks, and track the department budget. Attend department meetings and document meeting minutes. Collaborate with the central team in Germany on key topics Perform and coordinate administrative tasks such as word processing, document management, and file maintenance to support the department’s daily operations Prepare and organize records, including agendas, notices, and minutes for weekly department management meetings Assist with department budgeting, training records, travel arrangements, expense reports, office supplies, and record retention Coordinate and facilitate management workshops Maintain and update the department's webpage Oversee time tracking and administration for management Create purchase orders and process invoices for submission to Accounts Payable Support and execute department-related special projects as assigned Plan and coordinate department activities, including meetings, documentation, and video conferences Assist management in tracking target achievements and ensuring timely task completion Handle sensitive information and materials with discretion Monitor and communicate budget variances, forecasting reports, and SAP-related activities to managers Regularly update department target and status systems
