Overview The Learning Management System (LMS) Support Specialist oversees and maintains data within the LMS to assist with the training needs of department managers. Key responsibilities include technical system maintenance, user support and troubleshooting, and collaboration with users and the platform provider to meet the needs of our expanding training programs. What you will need + A high school diploma or GED is required.  + 1 to 2 years of administration experience How you will make an Impact + Provide all employees with assistance, training, and reports to establish quarterly metrics.  + Conduct a daily update of LMS use, and progress on specific courses or paths.  + Communicate with LMS Support Technicians when issues arise that require an elevated technical response.  + Manage user accounts, permissions, and records within the LMS.  + Act as a facilitator to ensure the LMS is set up according to teams/department breakdown.  + Audit users and training to ensure automatic processes within the LMS are functioning properly.  + Facilitate technical support calls and emails with learners.  + Complete LMS administration tasks particular to the system requirements of the vendor.  + Produce reports and documentation on learner training and be able to communicate with management to ensure compliance with Chadwell Supply requirements.  + Search the content library for training courses as requested by the Director of Learning & Development.  + Deliver face-to-face and live Virtual Instructor Led (VILT) training on LMS usage and functionality across Chadwell Supply's footprint.  + Provide proactive and thorough support for LMS users by troubleshooting system and user account problems, documenting problems and problem resolutions, prioritizing issues by impact, and communicating with end users.  + Ensure all new user accounts and profiles within the LMS are set up according to team/department breakdown.  + Create reports on usage, statistics, and general product analysis.  + Assist with LMS adjustments, updates, 9r corrections as instructed.  + Act as a liason between departments by way of holding monthly virtual meetings  + Assist with small projects within the L&D department as needed. #INDAC Powered by JazzHR
