What you will do in this role

As a Technical Service Representative, you will:

ASC Repair monitorizationHandle Air Conditioner contacts by phoneVOC Management (manage complaints)Drive NPSPropose maintenance and warranty extension for particular AC productsControl requests for specific AC products and be able to do a simple proposal to analyze the product.Manage the installations coming through the Online Store channel.

Your qualifications

Have a high level of European Portuguese (written and oral)Have a relevant experience as an Air Conditioning technician or assistant AC technician (is a plus)Have proficient PC skillsHave excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)Have the ability to operate in high-pressure situations
