As a Support Specialist II, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing endpoint solutions for our clients using Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, and traditional PC imaging. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of endpoint management systems, with a strong focus on automation and hands-on support.
Essential Job Functions:
* Deploy, configure, and support endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, and traditional PC imaging
* Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and other automation languages to enhance operational efficiencies and support endpoint management tasks
* Provide support for cross-platform endpoint management, including Apple device management using JAMF Pro
* Collaborate with clients to assess and address their endpoint management needs, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service
* Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint management, configuration, and deployment issues efficiently
* Contribute to the development and implementation of endpoint management policies, procedures, and best practices
* Ensure security measures and compliance standards are consistently applied across managed endpoints
* Support the continuous improvement of endpoint management services to enhance client satisfaction
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
