Key Responsibilities:

Provides support to CDA and Program Officer in the sponsorship processes with the children, families and communities and ADP covered areas.

Demonstrates Christ-centered lifestyle to teammates, Program partner leaders and staff that models high standard of personal integrity/maturity, demonstrates servant hood and ensures Christ-centered commitments is foundational to every sponsorship process

A. Supports CDA in updating child records via Horizon Hope mobile

Acts on RC lists reconciliation with the community listsSupport in the management and completeness of individual child’s folderConducts checking of the data/information to ensure quality before entry in the database of CDA

B. Sponsorship Technical Support

Provides support in identifying the most vulnerable children in the primary focus areasProvide support in the facilitation and preparing/educating families and communities for sponsorshipProvides support in establishing and strengthening a community-based child monitoring mechanismWorks closely with child monitors and CDA in ensuring child’s presence monitoring, semi and annual child monitoring.Provides support in accomplishing complete package of documents for new growth which includes CH, CUP/CGVs and IL)Provides support in the capacity building processes to committees or working group on Sponsorship management*Provides support to the AP team in the on-going creative sponsorship education to registered children, other target vulnerable children and communities

C. Sponsorship Operations Services

Facilitates first level quality review of correspondences (IL, SL, GAL, Query) adhering to partnership sponsorship standardsIntegrates delivery of sponsorship correspondences to and from RC in the various sponsorship and AP processes and ensures turnaround time within the standardFacilitates community orientation on WV and Child Sponsorship and continuing education of Program partners, its staffs and community volunteers.Ensures that sponsorship processes and implementations are integrated with development programmingProvides support in the implementation of other sponsorship requirements such as Gift Notifications (GNs), Christmas Gifts and Birthday Bounce backs in the AP

D. Organizational Contribution

Attends regular team devotion as part of staff spiritual nurturingParticipates in meetings, such as team and organizational, as necessarySubmits Performance Agreements and Staff Learning and Development Plan and Performance Reviews

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Social Work or other related courses.Background in data management and analysis and computer operations is an advantage.Understands poverty and development issues; Child Development; willing to learn Sponsorship Business Processes.Analytical, with attention to details, a team player, pressure-tolerant and with sense of urgency Excellent in oral and written communications skills.Understands child rights and responsibilities Willing to engage in fieldwork and embrace incarnational living within the assigned area.The ability and willingness to travel domestically for work related trainings.Field world in covered barangays for child monitoring, coordination and activity implementation.To be based in AP work area.
