Provide second-level support onsite to verify problems that arise in equipment related to hardware and software to guarantee service solutions within the company's operation and availability, are handled and addressed within the defined (SLAs).REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience proven in technical support.
Technical studies in computer science or similar.
Intermediate English level b2+ (Speaking/Written)
Advanced knowledge in computer setup and repair, diagnostic, assembly, maintenance,
Demonstrable experience in analyzing and diagnosing issues in software/hardware
Knowledge with proven in networking, infrastructure (SWITCH/ VLAN/LAN/TCP) (Basic)
Microsoft Office (Advance)
Be proactive, communicative, and committed to teamwork.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 24x7 L2 technical support, quick response to incidents.
Provide troubleshooting support to all tickets assigned IT-OPS.
Carry out activities to resolve cases reported by CDOC GLOBAL SECURITY, follow up, and inform the end user.
Carry out a day-to-day review of each operating floor and report to supervision, such as updating the map and any information that affects our processes.
Rotating shift (Date/Time/Site/day-off) as the workload demands or the operation requires.
Perform deployments of both hardware and software on operational floors in new and existing accounts
