Support Technician II (1359455)
+ Job Description:The Support Technician provisions and maintains end user computing devices (e.g. desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, fax and copy equipment). The Support Technician installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, and network problems, escalating to the responsible area with accurate information, and providing technical guidance and oversight. + Job Requirements:temp with potential to convert to perm, Houston Market Must be local to be considered We are not looking for call center support. This is for a Field technician that will be driving to the different auction sites to assist with any technical issues that arise. Looking for 5-10 years of exp Top 5 must haves: Excellent Customer Service record, exceptional written/verbal communication, ability to prioritize tasks, effective time management, and willing to travel/support two auction locations on opposite sides of the Houston metroplex We will need an IT Generalist, someone with knowledge of desktop hardware/software, telecom, wired/wireless networks, printing devices, and mobile phones (both IOS/Android).
