You don’t need any previous experience to become a Support Worker with Sense working in a specialised area of care. We’ll give you full training for our roles.
You will join our wonderful Residential Team in Louth. This is a permanent role with up to 30 hours available per week (Hours and shifts will be discussed at interview)
We are offering an hourly rates from £11.75 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.

This role in Louth might include supporting people with:Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.Personal care and hygiene.Finances.Medication and wellbeing.Going into the community for shopping or other trips.Their social life and nightlife.Everyone we support is an individual, so their care is as unique as they are.
