View Point Health serves uninsured, underinsured, low-income Medicaid, Medicare, war veterans and some private insurance across multiple locations with a full continuum of behavioral health services and support. The services provided by View Point Health contribute to the reduction in homelessness, reduction in crime and subsequent incarcerations, higher graduation rates, lower dropout rates, decreased ER visits and decreased inpatient admissions. CSC (Coordinated Specialty Care) is a collaborative, recovery-oriented approach involving consumers, treatment team members, family members (when appropriate), as active participants. CSC emphasizes shared decision making as a means for addressing the unique needs, preferences, & recovery goals of individuals served. CSC services are also highly coordinated w/ primary medical care, w/ a focus on optimizing consumers overall mental, emotional, & physical health.
