Position may be eligible for a $1250 sign on bonus! Unity House of Troy’s Supported Housing Program is seeking a community minded, compassionate individual to assist people living mental illness. Responsibilities: Provide supportive counseling. Promote housing stability and recovery. Provide crisis intervention, referrals, and service coordination. Provide regular interactions with program consumers. Produce final reports for caseload. Promote a harm reduction philosophy. Requirements: High School diploma or GED with 2 years previous human service experience working with those living with mental illness, substance abuse, or other at risk-populations required. Must have reliable transportation, valid and clean New York State driver's license.
