THE POSITION

The Supports Supervisor oversees and coordinates children's support services provided to participants ensuring quality and safety. The Supports Supervisor provides direct services for participants as needed and trains and supervises community based supports/BI para employees. The Supports Supervisor provides caseload oversight, with duties including acting as the main contact for the family, scheduling, and provide training and supervision for staff

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMaintains DDA compliance and Adheres to State and Federal GuidelinesActs as primary contact and communicates effectively with participants, families, school district staff, and other professionalsAttends and participates in meetings when requested Ensures that individuals receiving services are treated with dignity and respectProvide direct 1:1 services to a child or adolescent with a developmental disability in accordance with the plan for treatmentRecord accurate data collection and complete daily documentation of each sessionCollaborate and coordinate services with the treatment team members in various settingsParticipate in staff meetings & supervision as assignedComplete & review assessments and documentation per the requirements of the various programs and locations servicedEnsures staff documentation is accurate, compliant, and timely for services renderedMaintains accurate files for each participant on caseloadProvide & facilitate onsite supervision of staff and schedules formal observations to be completed for staff Qualifications Must be at least eighteen (18) years old Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communicationsStrong independent problem solving and decision-making skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and interdependentlyPrevious supervision experience (preferred)Meets provider qualifications of Intervention Specialist or Professional (preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other software platformsMust provide or obtain CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by RISE)Must provide or obtain MANDT and/or other de-escalation certification training (provided by RISE)Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and car insuranceMust be able to pass a background checkWhat Can We Offer You For All Your Hard Work?Perks for All:Competitive hourly rateFlexible scheduleReferral Bonus ProgramMeaningful WorkEmployee Assistance ProgramPremium Holiday PayEducational AssistanceMileage ReimbursementRetirement Plan with company matchAdditional Benefits for Full Time:Medical/Dental/VisionHSA/FSAShort & Long Term DisabilityLife InsuranceVacation/Sick14 Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeavePaid Bereavement Leave
